  : Everything. It smelled terrible walking in, incredibly stuffy. Smelled worst as you walk in. There were visible stains on the wall, the surfaces weren’t cleaned and had purple colored sticky substance on refrigerator and microwave. It was dusty and the floors weren’t clean. The man who helped me was incredibly rude, I felt I was patient and calm and expressed to him my unsatisfactory. He tried to convince me which soon turned to gaslighting me that the room did not smell. But it definitely did. He then was upset I didn’t agree with him and threw a tantrum and walked away disrespectfully slamming about 3 doors.

  : Close to where I needed to be.
  : Door was broken and wouldn't lock properly. You can see where the door frame had been broken and wasn't fully repaired correctly.Lots of transients and people drinking in the parking lot. They did not appear to be staying at the hotel. This was in the morning. Felt unsafe and uncomfortable staying there.

  : had roaches, graffiti on the wall, water didnt work, room wasnt clean, hot tub was dirty, bad customer service, no ice bucket, toilet stopped up, door looked broken into just a overall bad experience.

  : When we first arrived the room was disgusting. There was food on the wall behind the microwave the walls were just disgusting. When I went to talk to the front desk the man got upset and said no the room is clean I was in there with her and I couldn't get a refund. I was so upset with the whole situation. Then he calls me and says I have a different room for me. Then proceeds to tell me I'm lucky he has a room for me because I couldn't get a refund and that my kid better not be jumping or I'm I. Big trouble is because the other people had complained already. We were only in the room long enough for us to walk in they washed their hands and then left. Their information said they were kid friendly they were not. We made my pour kids we afraid to walk around. The room they moved us to looked just like the one on the side with the exceptions of the lock on the door was broken there was no hole to look out of the sink was not secure and there was a hole in the wall. We were very disappointed in the customer service.
